
Distinguished Achievement Award in Environmental Systems Engineering and Geo-Environmental Engineering
Todd Krause has spent his career working to solve critical climate issues related to water and energy at companies including Nalco, General Electric, EnerNOC, and Voltus. He is currently working to support corporate decarbonization by leveraging the Voluntary Carbon Market as the Chief Revenue Officer at Climate Impact Partners.
In his current position, he is responsible for leading sales, account management, marketing, revenue operations, and claims for Climate Impact Partners, a leading global provider of offset instruments such as environmental commodities like carbon credits and renewable energy credits. He is a member of the nine-person executive team responsible for board-level engagement, investor engagement, and overall market leadership.
Krause graduated from Penn State in 1996 with a B.S. in geo-environmental engineering and has maintained close ties to the University. He currently serves on the GEMS Board of Directors in the College of Earth and Mineral Sciences. He lives in Pittsburgh with his wife, Kristin.
