EME-Affiliated Student Organization Annual Enrollment Form

Please fill out the form below to request department support for your EME-affiliated student organization for the current year. Please note that your organization must be listed as a university-recognized group with Penn State Student Affairs in order to qualify. Also note that funding provided by the department in most cases can only support students majoring in an EME degree program (Energy Business and Finance, Energy Engineering, Environmental Systems Engineering, Mining Engineering, Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering, or the graduate program in Energy and Mineral Engineering). Student organizations are open to any major, but our department funds are donated specifically for use by our majors.

You only need to complete this form once each academic year, but if there are changes to your officer list, please let us know as soon as possible.

Once your form is submitted and approved by your faculty advisor you will receive a confirmation email from the department. If you have any questions, please contact Rachel Conaway, RLA7@psu.edu.
